The Fertility Detective

Helping you sow the seeds of life

The consultation process

Ideally, both partners will attend the consultation but Pip appreciates that this is not always possible. All information is treated in the strictest confidence.

Prior to your consultation you will be sent a detailed questionnaire relating to your diet, lifestyle and medical history. This completed questionnaire should be emailed back to her prior to the consultation.

The first consultation lasts for about two hours. During this time you will be asked more questions in order to assess what factors might be affecting your fertility. The consultation will then cover specific areas in order to balance your hormones, reduce the toxic load on your body and maximise nutrients needed for fertility.

Some of the areas covered are:

  • Weight
  • Medical problems
  • Infections
  • Social poisons
  • Heavy metals
  • Diet
  • Natural Family Planning
  • Stress
  • Environmental and occupational hazards
  • Other useful therapies and herbs
  • Supplement Plan to optimise vitamin & mineral deficiencies
    • It may become apparent during the consultation that further tests and investigations might be appropriate, for example a Hair Mineral Analysis to determine heavy metals in the body and nutrient levels that may be hindering fertility.

It is during this initial consultation that we should be able to establish how many appointments will be necessary.

The initial fee is £120 per couple and all future hour-long consultations will be £70.

The service includes email support (Monday to Friday) and telephone support (Thursday), allowing you to ask all those questions that occur to you in the days and weeks following the consultation.

This on-going communication and encouragement can provide the backup that so many of us need to keep on track and motivated.
